I was extremely excited to receive the product from SheSpeaks and Simple- thanks you much btw! but at the same time I was scared that the product would not live up to my expectations. For those who don't know what SheSpeaks is- its an online community where a whole array of things are discussed and reviewed. Periodically, the company chooses members to fill out a survey and is sent a product and in turn asked to give input. I'm not sure what goes into the selection of who is chosen- they do ask for blog/social networking information, but I am extremely glad to be one of them! To my amazement, this product is as great as I was hoping (&praying) for it to be! I tried this product out for a few days and experimented a little and I think I have found my new favorite facial wash. I even tried it without using a toner or a moisturizer and it stood well on its own (although I'd rather use a moisturizer in addition). I have oily/combo skin and this face wash responded very well to it . Initially, while your skin is still a bit damp I wasn't too impressed but as I let my fave dry a bit more I started to notice amazing results. My skin was soft and smooth and by the very next day the tone had improved and my blemishes were less noticeable. Just like all other skin care products, different people prefer different ones as everyone's skin is different but this face wash is for sure a keeper!
